vendingaintforme
This is a photo taken of my Dixie Narco 368 machine. its been like this for a few weeks but the cans seem to be cold. Any suggestions to cause? and what would be a normal amount to fix if needed.
AZVendor
This ice is typical of what you will find when your compressor is low on freon. Eventually this ice will build and begin covering the fins of the evaporator. You need to have a vending refrigeration tech come out to recharge it. This may require the installation of a line tap if there isn't a Schrader valve on the compressor already. Then it can be recharged with whatever gas is already in it, if known, or with MP39 (R401a) which is a drop in over R12 and R134a. The target low side pressure is 18 - 20 lbs.
