SchligVend
I have a Snackshop 7600 and only one selection (b1) is not working... I have unplugged machine and plugged back in.. that did not work I unplugged wires on the (b1)motor and plugged them into the selection next to it (b2) and now that selection (b2)does not work so that tells me its not the motor. I am not sure what else to look at. Thanks for the help in advance..
AZVendor
Pull the shelf out and inspect the pins on the back of the shelf and the corresponding slots in the connector behind the shelf. None of the pins on the shelf should be pushed in deeper than the others. In the cabinet connector you should be able to see two shiny spots in each slot. If you don't see two in one or more slots then those are damaged slots. Also check that the shelf rollers are tight, not broken and not missing their nuts. If everything looks fine and the problem still exists then swap the A and B shelves and see if the problem moves with the shelf. If it does then you have shelf harness problem on the bad shelf.
