pjvend
How many machines do you figure you need for breakeven? By breakeven, I mean all expenses plus the cost of repair, relocating, filling new stops, etc.

rodney69
That all depends on equipment, cost of goods, how far you have to drive, and several other variables. Basically, if you have one good machine and it's with in a few minutes of your house, it CAN be a little more than break even. Just depends on so much that with out more information it's next to impossible to answer. I live in a town that has 20,000 or so and I have about 8 machines. It grosses about 380 a month. Product cost is 35%, Gas about 15, and then it depends if you count your time, and wear and tear on a machine, vehicle and so on. I try to have 7 plus machines in an area that I have to go out of my way for. But most of my machines are 4-8 selections.
