Generally, jackpotting is when the coin mech suddenly starts dispensing all of the coins in the coin mech until it is empty. It is called jackpotting because it's kind of like what happens when you win a slot machine or "hit the jackpot." Coin mechs are not supposed to jackpot but something (ie.
