corbin
Im sure this has been asked 1000 times, i tried to find all the coreent info but thia post is much easier as i realise tons of us are vending here in the beautiful sunshine state. My question is what licensing, and whatnot are requored by state and county here? I am in south Florida, and want to become 100% ledgit. I work with the Childrens home society right now as my Charity. Do i have to be officially sponcored to be tax excempt? What goes inti that? Thanks guys. rodney69
What ya mean mate! A large amount of vendors aren't legit. I think that's what he means. Lol. Even being sponsored by them won't let you be exempt. It is a write off though. If you continually are growing and investing you can stay ahead of the curve, but eventually you pay. musser
You yourself are not a charity and thus are not tax exempt. What you pay the charity is s business expense and is tax deductible.
