AngryChris Posted October 15, 2014 Share Posted October 15, 2014 I just did some research. I don't know vendo model numbers well but that appears to be a vendo 392 based off of the plate. It appears to be multiprice but I cannot confirm that and it might not change the value much. It is cans only from what I read but it may do 16.9 oz bottles. It appears to have a mars VFM validator. It doesn't look like the best condition but it's okay. I can imagine that the reason they couldn't figure out how to "program the cash receiver" is because the VFM is bad/junk. I would ask to see it cooling in person. If it checks out okay and they can show it taking and giving change and the motors work, I would max out my offer at $400.
