4miler Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 Have a DN 5591 and it is not cooling. The coil on the lower right side in the product cabinet next to the E-tray is all iced up. AZVendor Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 Check the glass door seal, that there is putty in all the shelf harness holes of the cabinet (both sides), that there is a seal on the sides and back upper edge of the delivery bin, and that the door flap is undamaged in the delivery bin. Then defrost the unit overnight and restart it the next day to check for good airflow out of the vents to the right of the top shelf to verify that the evaporator fan is good. If these all check out then you are probably low on freon and the system needs to be recharged. You might have bad valves in the compressor but if the compressor is quiet that probably isn't the case. Also make sure the machine is 4-6" away from the wall.
