SodaJerk Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 Hi Everyone, I have a Royal 650 that is ready to be placed but have no idea how to load product into it. Doing a count I have 5 Left Product Retainers (angled) and 7 Right Product Retainers (straight). Should I have 6 of each? And is there a guide on how everything should be placed/setup with product? The door has a guide on where the retainers should go for various sizes of product but not which retainer should be used or anything else. Any help is greatly appreciated! AZVendor Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 You don't need a product guide. You will have to use the product retainers on each side of every column to keep your products in position. If you're missing one let me know and I can send you one. You'll have to set your product depth in the programming and then adjust your front retainers and rear plates to be within 1/2" of the products.
