deano Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 We just purchased a brand new AMS Visi Combo. We are having issues with the drinks landing straight up and this prevents the bucket door from opening. Also, the drinks hit hard against the glass and cause the carbonated drinks to foam out all over. Could this be caused by a new door/bucket design? Anybody? AZVendor Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Make sure that your products lean back when in the spirals. You want the bottom of the product to drop first so that it goes straight to the delivery bin. If they lean forward they will hit the glass or bounce around. Also put a pad in your delivery bin to soften the fall. My experience has also been that the outside selections of bottles tend to get stuck when they drop and I've never been able to solve that except for telling my customers to put only cans in the outside spirals.
