Here are my December numbers. Not bad considering the beverage sales slumped due to cold weather. (I didn't refill ANY beverages the whole month) Plus two 4 day weekends for the holidays! Higher COGs due to me experimenting with new higher priced products. (Namely Hershey products )

  • October 2008 gross sales - $128.45 - COGs ($47.53) = net $80.92
  •  November 2008 gross sales - $94.15 - COGs ($35.29) = net $58.86
  • December 2008 gross sales - $97.65 - COGs ($52.71) = net $44.94
Averages over 3 months = $106.75 G / $45.18 COGs / $61.57 N

UGH! AGAIN! With the rising product costs, COGs killed me this month. I have price increases planned for April.

***The accident caused poor service this month. The machine emptied out and sat empty a few days.

I also raised my can prices from .65 to .75 on May 1st. We'll see the effect next report.
