sams86gn
I have an Oak vista that is not operating correct. After turning the handle you have too shake it back and forth several times before a gumball will fall and every now and then, it will vend 2 gumballs. Vending 850 ct gumballs. About 4 out of 5 times it will vend perfectly and then one of the above happens. I will try and add pictures of the wheel I have in it and how it's setup. rodney69
Does out have the Pac man looking thing under the wheel? It sounds like it's missing.
sams86gn
Yes it does have the Pac-Man riser thing. It only vends 2 gumballs like 1 out of 20 vends but the problem of not wanting too vend one at all is more commom.

Hillbilly
The sprocket on the back of the mech will have a mark on one of the teeth. Make sure this mark is on the top when the mech is in the resting normal position. If it is not, then take the screw out and turn the sprocket until it is. titandist
First check to see if you have a deep drive gear on the coin mech, older model oak mechs had just a regular one. Also check the capsule wheel and make sure that all the teeth are on it, if one is missing or worn it can cause it to skip.
GagesVending
Verify that your mech and or wheel aren't missing any "teeth."
