Jfast25 Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 I have a vn2511 u3 that doesnt take bills with stacker on, light blinks 4 times. I have it hooked up to a snackshop 6000. It pulls bills in with out stacker and spits them out but once i put on the stackerit stops working. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AZVendor Posted July 19, 2015 Share Posted July 19, 2015 Those validators won't work at all with the stacker off. They will only work with it on and if yours is flashing 4 times that indicates something is blocking the bill path. If you've removed the lower portion of the validator and not found any stray pieces of bills then you need to replace the validator. You can PM me for a rebuilt exchange unit.
