ramy73 Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Hello everyone, I have a rowe international 4900 snack machine but is not taking the bills only get them like half way then return them back......the light is blinking twice. AZVendor Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 If you have a Rowe CBA in it then you should upgrade it as all metal bill validators are obsolete. If you have a plastic validator from Mars or Coinco then you can get it rebuilt. If it's a Mars then the 2 flashes indicates that it's disabled by the machine which probably means that you are low on coins in the coin mech or that your coin mech isn't reporting that one of the tubes is full. It should be the nickle tube that's monitored for bill acceptance in the 4900. Whatever parts you need for this you can contact me for them at rbepic4gatgmaildotcom.
