SchligVend
Having some strange issues with my DN 501cc Display will only work sometimes.. when it is not working the machine will not accept money. when it is working it will take money credit will show on display and then when I push selection the display goes blank and nothing happens and I lose the money. Seems like a short somewhere so I have disconnected all plugs and made sure they were clean... unplugged machine and plugged back in. What else could be the problem? Thanks for the help. AZVendor
You need to exclude the validator and card reader and see if it happens when only the coin mech is plugged in. If that works with no issue then set all to $1 and plug in only the validator. If that works then add the card reader to only the validator and then only the coin mech watching for which combination of components causes this problem. Also, with all those harnesses crammed together close to the T-model display you need to make sure all are properly connected and that no stress is put on the display connection or the display itself. Also check on what software version you're running as yours may be incorrect for card readers.
SchligVend
The machine says its a 501cc, this machine does not have a credit card reader on it.
AZVendor
Sorry, I read it wrong. If this isn't running MDB then you might have a loose coin mech socket or bad connection at the board. If not MDB then the coin mech and validator have different harnesses to the board. This might also be a display board grounding out so look closely at it - they are fragile. Again, try to isolate it to the coin mech or validator.
