PerformaVending
Found a wreck on Craigslist that I think is interesting enough to share. It's a Candy King Brand machine, but the former owner gutted the mint machine and just put a black panel over it. This was only one of the machines the guy had for sale, but it was the only one that had this bizarre defect. I mean, I suppose you operate what gear you have, but I'd have to be downright desperate to send out a unit looking like that. For comparison, here's what a "complete" unit looks like: I don't know- what sort of dire straits would you need to be in to send out a machine that was missing 1/3 of it's functionality, and looked like that? GagesVending
I think I saw that thing on ebay. Yep, looks like a bunch of crap.
ReillyNoFun
wow, that looks genuinely terrible! If I were gonna do something like that I'd at least take out the entire middle portion, coin mechanism and all, not just cover it up. Could maybe turn the blank panel into a display or something but darn does that ever look sketchy as-is.
Pete Schweddy
Keep the stand and take the rest to the dump.
rodney69
Unfortunately, there are lots of people that will put that out. I've seen some interesting machines!

I think every town has that "one" vendor with the "questionable" equipment.
