Crane Cafe 7 problem

Hi

i have a crane Cafe 7 and one of the whipper motors for the soluble canisters is not working and I can't seem

to locate a service manual for this coffee machine?  I assume I need to replace the whipper motor entirely and  would like some instructions on how to do this?  Could it be something else?  

Any  assistance would be grateful.
