FSI Motor replacement

Can anybody tell me how or point directions on how to replace a motor on an FSI 3179? Looked at the owners manual but it doesn't explain anything. Upon doing a motor test it works sometimes but not every time.

Turn power off to machine. Empty the front and rear columns where the bad motor is. Undo the screw holding in the bend mech drive shaft (as shown in attachment). Pull rod slowly out and you will be able to remove the rear vend mech assembly (motor and cradle). If it's the rear motor, swap it out and reassemble. If it's the front, pull the rod all the way out and remove the front mech assembly. 

Reassemble in reverse. Front assembly first, then rear assembly. It's not hard. Just a little confusing the first time.
