Ronald Smith
Bought a used fastcorp F631. Worked great the first few days. Problem I am having now is when the robot moves over the item the hose will go down about a inch or two and stop and the vacuum will start. Don't know why it will not go all the way down to the product. Hope someone here can help me with this. Thank you
AZVendor
You probably went into the programming and messed up the robot programming. Here is the manual for the F631. You'll find the programming you need starts on page 27: http://www.dsvendinginc.com/images/pdf-manuals/F631u.pdf
Walta
My guess is the up/down cable has come off one or more of the pulleys. Walta
Ronald Smith
Thank you for taking the time to help me out. Got it working. The problem is when the hose starts down it seems to jump and that triggers the micro switch that the dead weight triggers. I can bend the switch arm down a little and the machine will work fine for a while. I will get it working. Thanks for your help.

Ronald Smith
Walta, I looked close. All looks ok. The cable looks like it was plastic coated and seems to be coming off in places. Could this be part of the problem? Do I need a new cable?
Walta
If you operate the machine without the plastic coating on the cable, ruff surface of the wire cable will cut into and sometimes thru the pulleys. That can show up as your symptom. Walta
