tblake05 Posted August 8, 2019 Share Posted August 8, 2019 Can anyone tell me on my.nayax.com what it means at the top if a machine is showing up as silent between 1 & 24 hours? Does that mean the telemeter lost communication, or has the machine just not been used in that time frame? The Nayax help file is of no help. brendio Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 It means the telemeter has lost communication with the server for whatever reason - machine turned off, bad cell signal or something else. Every 20 min or so, the telemeter will ping the server to let it know it's still alive, even if there has been no activity at the machine.
