Chanelbomb Posted August 23, 2019 Share Posted August 23, 2019 Hey everyone, I’m having issues with the bill acceptor ICT BL-700-USD4 on a machine I just took over. It was replaced brand new in 2017 and I’ve cleaned the sensors. The problem is that it keeps taking bills in and out and not accepting them. It does it with new crisp bills also. After awhile it will take some bills but it’s definitely affecting sales. I’m not sure what to troubleshoot on it. All I have is a basic one page dip switch setting on it and that makes little sense as it is. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AZVendor Posted August 28, 2019 Share Posted August 28, 2019 Just get a new one. They aren't worth repairing or fighting with. Try to find a new one, not a rebuilt one. And get a real vending machine that can accomodate a real bill acceptor that has a bill stacker on it. MEI makes the best ones but you need a better machine than what you have this in now.
