Drcpwen Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 My Coinco 9300 series was working fine. It's in my DN 276E. I unplugged the machine because I wasn't using it for a few weeks. When I plugged it back in it will not accept coins. The coins go into the coin Mech but stay at the top and will not go down into the tubes. All the coins just get stuck at the top where the coin return is. I tried unplugging and replugging the coinmach in and cleaning the terminals with CRC but it didn't help. cvending Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 It sounds like you have coins jammed in the acceptor blocking the coin path. Power down and then remove acceptor to fully inspect it then replace and power up again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
