Need help automatic products model 932

Hi there I am new to vending I have a snack machine Automatic products by crane model number 932  I have two spirals of candy that the motor making the products going backwards instead of forward to drop of products when purchase any idea on how to fix this

You have a convertible shelf which allows two adjacent spirals to be paired together for a wider product  though they aren't required to be paired.  If two adjacent spirals turn at the same time then they are paired.  Because of this the left spirals should turn counter clockwise and the right spirals will turn clockwise. This means every spiral turns the opposite direction of the ones next to it.  This sounds like you have your left and right spirals mixed up.
