The reason for this update is to ensure the readers and telemeters will continue to function normally with AT&T 's newly installed cellular network hardware. This update will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will be conducted overnight during non-business hours. During this time, cashless readers may experience brief periods of service interruption. NOTE: You are receiving this notice because some of the devices on your account are AT&T ePort cashless readers or telemeters. What do I need to do next? No action is required for this update. If you have any additional questions, please either reply to this message or reach out to Customer Support at 888-561-4748.
