Royal 660-9 dispensing multiple cans.

Hello! I recently purchased two Royal 660-9 and they work fine except the back row which is dispensing multiple 12oz cans. All the configuration is set accordingly (Sts, Sdep, etc); it is set for two 12oz columns and the front row has 0 issues, but all the back row keep dropping multiple (2) cans when it should be one. The size of the columns are adjusted properly. Any idea what the problem might be?

Does it vend the first can and pause and then drop the second or does it drop both in a single movement of the cradle? 

If it pauses and then moves again to drop the second can, I would be double checking the drop sensor setting.  

If it drops both in a single movement then your depth setting is incorrect.
