Tray won’t spin

Once the selection is made, the tray spin once but not enough to drop the selection. It happens with 2 of the 4 trays in that row.

Oh, come on.  How about a machine model number?  If you're speaking of a snack or candy spiral just put a product pusher on the end of the spiral if that's all it needs.
