WITTERN CB 500 vending issue

Strangest issue with this machine. It will vend 10-12 times in a row. Every so often with no consistency, it will take money in and not vend the pop. I have settings correct for cans. Drop sensor wire doesn't seem to have any issues with it. Ran diagnostic tests and showed no issues.

Try adjusting the sensitivity on the sensor. I believe factory setting is a 3 but I would try it at 2

Does the keypad have round or square buttons?

if round it sets like c vending says. If square, there’s a tiny flathead screw on the control board that sets drop sensor sensitivity.

still wondering, does credit show up on the display when it mis bends? Could it be a validator stealing dollars?

I'm not sure on the credit display because it happens so randomly. I'm going to check sensitivty now. I'm not sure how to get to where I need to set the sensitivity. The buttons are rounded.

It was set on 1 when I pulled up the drop sensor sensitivity. Manual says it should be at 3. Thanks guys, I think the problem is solved.
