vxl65703 Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 My 501E credit card reader started getting Offline by Vendor message, strange thing is the Bill Validator is disabled, this generally happens when the door is open, but this time the door was closed, I rebooted the 501E and the credit card reader came back online. has anyone ran into this before, should I replace my control board .
