AP 933 dex comm in progress

Hello, I have an AP 933 when I connect my g10 card reader it works fine unless I plug In the dex cable. When I plug in the dex cable it disables the reader and says cards offline by vendor.  And the machine screen says dex comm in progress. This message does not clear unless the dex cable is unplugged. We would like to dex to allow for tracking.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

You probably need the lasted eprom which you can get from D&S Vending.
