jerky john Posted January 11, 2023 Share Posted January 11, 2023 Hello, We have a 501 E outside at our business in Virginia City NV. After the last round of storms and power outages , the vend buttons no longer have power . I have checked the fuses on the main board and unplugged the connections and reconnected ,to no avail. The bill collector goes through its normal cycle when shutting door, but without the buttons I cannot access the programming features. Is it possible the power outages damaged the main board. AZVendor Posted January 11, 2023 Share Posted January 11, 2023 The power issue probably did that. I'm going to keep this simple for you as it sounds like you don't know the machine or how they work. The computer board is in the silver box at the top of the door above the bill acceptor. Unplug the machine and remove the two screws holding the cover on the board. Under the cover you will find three fuses. You may have one that is blown. Each fuse is different and must be replaced with the same exact fuse if it's bad.
