den388 Posted February 12 Share Posted February 12 Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a Nayax Reader VPOS and is from Canada? My customers are unable to pay due to the reader not accepting their cards. All it says it "Try again" after they tap their card for the first time. It's been 1.5 weeks. LBR12 Posted February 13 Share Posted February 13 Sounds like it needs a software update. Or.. the antenna(s) are not set up correctly. I called earlier and that's what their pre-recorded message said anyway; some sort of outage or backend issue. I don't think there's anything you can do on your end. townairvac Posted March 2 Share Posted March 2 I had to update the file version on 2 units. You can do it yourself from the Nayax program online if you have a user and password. Link in Canada is https://my.nayax.com/ If you are not getting a good signal from the antenna, you can wire it directly to your router using an ethernet cable. You will need an adapter.
