Nayax VPOS Payment Processing not working

Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone has a Nayax Reader VPOS and is from Canada? My customers are unable to pay due to the reader not accepting their cards. All it says it "Try again" after they tap their card for the first time. It's been 1.5 weeks.

Sounds like it needs a software update. Or.. the antenna(s) are not set up correctly. If this is a brand new unit it's likely in need of a software update from Nayax. Do all the other functions work?

This is something Nayax is aware of and is currently working to fix. I called earlier and that's what their pre-recorded message said anyway; some sort of outage or backend issue. 

 

I don't think there's anything you can do on your end.

 I had to update the file version on 2 units. You can do it yourself from the Nayax program online if you have a user and password. Link in Canada is https://my.nayax.com/

If you are not getting a good signal from the antenna, you can wire it directly to your router using an ethernet cable. You will need an adapter.
