SnakAtak
Hello all! I have an Ap LCM4 combo machine that when I try to clear the row in the sodas they stop working after probably about the 10th one. Sometimes they reset themselves after a while and begin working again but recently they won't and im now down 2 selections out of 10 due to this. Do you think this is a motor issue or a board issue? Thank you for your help.
AZVendor
Not sure what you mean by "clear the row" but if you mean the price is being lost or its showing sold out when there is products in it then those are two different issues. The sold out would be a bad sold out switch in that selection. If the price is being lost then that would be a bad board or someone is goofing up your programming. SnakAtak
I mean switch out the selection, vend out the product that's in it to switch to a different soda. I'm sorry that was really unclear the way I put it.
AZVendor
You can set the selections to a price of zero and then vend them until only the two cans remain that don't hold the sold out switch down.
SnakAtak
After I vend them down the selection stops working all together that's my issue. Even tho there is more than 2 cans in the selection it stops working.
AZVendor
How many cans are left then? If it's 4 or less then that is because the cans no longer hold the sold out switch down. That is normal. There are always a couple of cans you have to carefully remove as you begin to remove the motor from the cabinet.
