Snackshop CS-12

Hello, I just acquired a snackshop cs-12 everything seems to be in working order other than when I put coins in they go right through the coin mechanism and into the coin return! On the front screen it has the light lit up for “coffee machine is out of service” I didn’t think anything of it thinking maybe there is a coffee machine attachment that you can plug into it and run as well and just went straight to the coin mech. There is nothing jammed in it. I completely torn it down cleaned it and reassembled it! And it does the same thing. But now that I am this far it has dawned on me that the is the only out of service light on the machine and that is very well why it’s just straight bypassing the coin mechanism! I have a parts manual but I cannot find anything on how to reset the machine to clear that code? Could someone please tell me how that is done?  I believe it is one of 2 things my coin mech is old and needs to be replaced and is causing that error or the out of service light is causing it to bypass? Please any help is appreciated! Thanks
