Just apply to all of your local vending companies to be a route driver.  It's generally a good job though not always well-paid.  I always paid mine well but this is a business with tight margins and smaller operators aren't very generous.  Canteen is the largest and they are in most large and regional markets.  They pay pretty well and will teach you what you need to learn the job.  If you're looking to learn so you can just run your own machines then advice is free here and you would do a vending company a great favor if you didn't waste their time and money just so you can quit to do your own thing.
