Also, this is not an internet based service like you said above.

it does follow under intangible goods...

anyway...

Atlantic Vending Group is surely hiding, even his domain is hidden

from who he really is...

Agreed...and intangible goods *are* covered :)

paypal considers intangible goods that you can not touch...they

are not covered..since he said he did not receive anything,

I am not sure how paypal will handle...they could give him

a refund for not receiving anything, or they could refuse

a refund as it is intangible goods. paypal states they

cover any goods that can be shipped as they can be tracked.

This is something that I am not going to worry about, if I file a

dispute, I will expect too lose, if I win then great.

paypal only covers the physical shipment of goods, if it is

anything else, you have a high chance of not winning the dispute, if

it was placed on a regular credit card, then you could dispute that...but

how do you know you will not come back to a cancelled paypal account for doing this??

and it is wrong to tell the buyer they have to pay to send back the damaged goods...

I did not damage it, UPS did...UPS should take reponsibility of picking it back up...

dsimms,

You keep stating this about PayPal. However, you don't show where they say this.

I've read their TOS 2x and don't see it.

I called them and they told me it *would* be covered. The example I used was paying someone to mow my lawn - definitely intangible. I was told I would receive a refund if the person didn't mow my lawn.

Either point out in the TOS where it isn't covered, or stop saying that it isn't.

So does everyone else :) This is the definition of intangible.

Look, I'm trying to be on your side. I'm trying to help you. But simply stating something doesn't mean it is true. And it is harmful to tell people this as it is simply *not* true.

Do this. Call PayPal and ask if they'll let you file the dispute.

Many locators use scare tactics to keep a vendor from publishing his bad experiences.  Their bark is worse than their bite and they hope you will just "fall in line".  Some may even threaten to file a law suite.  By the way, the BBB is pretty useless and really can't help you since they are not a law enforcement agency.  Good luck and keep us posted.  In the end the truth must prevail!

load them in the car and take them to the police station...he hung up on me..

Was contacted by Atlantic Vending group yesterday about the last

location that they owed me...drove 30min to location to find out that

no one had contacted them, and did not want a machine.

I also got this from Atlantic Vending Group today:

Atlantic: One of our agents noticed that you have been blogging bad things about our company... we cannot help that your area is saturated !!!! we are doing our best to give you locations...

MyReply: that funny, another locator, eddie seems to be doing a great job on finding locations,

while you send me old and outdated information....

Atlantic: Vendor think that locators do not have rights ... we have always contacted you and keep you updated.

Myreply: You have only kept me updated with out of date locations, nothing helpful...

Atlantic:

If you keep blogging untrue comments about our company we will file suit against you for lost proceeds that we were lost due to you blogging on forums

Myreply: They would have to be untrue. I guess some cant not accept they are failures...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH:

ATLANTIC VENDING GROUP

http://www.atlanticvendinggroup.com

unless you want to get burned:

file away!!!!

hehe...lost proceeds. Classic!

If the locator did his job right, he would be praised, and not damned...

they make their bad choices how they see fit. he runs his business

how he sees fit, if he does not want to be moral, then he should

expect negative comments...

of course he could file suit ... I doubt that will happen, that will take

much more money - in the end, more truth will come out. I like how

people sling those words around...I am going to sue you...most atty's

probably laugh at this stuff as they see little to no money in it for them, and

atty's sue for real money...I am sure they do not defend wannabe locators....

Yeah, there is no way he will sue. That is why it is so funny.

This is one of those locators that takes advantage of first timers...when they

realize they are getting old and outdated junk, then they move on, and the

locator continues to look for newbies, and the cycle continues...

Another reply from Atlantic Vending Group:

Honestly... we do not care, our customers come from a company that sells machines so we have endless business.

Blogs are for people who like to hide behing computers !!!  and  gossip !!!!

powerful...an endless business of ripping newbies off...

He is not smart enough to know, this is on a forum, and not a blog...

now he is hyping his business more then what it really is...

CAN YOU SAY INSECURE...

Atlantic Vending Group likes to hide behind their 800 number...

They do not give out any address information....

They hide their domain information from public view...

Who's hiding?

hello

the price is what got me,see what happens..bobby

His excuse is: Your area is saturated.

It must not be since eddie keeps

finding locations...its not like i live

in a tiny area either, so it must not be

that saturated...
