suncoast Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010 I have 3 colums double vending. Set for 10/12 OZ all four holes are in the correct position for short stop.programmed for double depth. The actuator seems to come by a second time and vend a second can. Any ideas? Chain adj, Pivot end lever sticking? Board not accepting double depth command? suncoast Posted May 3, 2010 Author Share Posted May 3, 2010 Thanks I did call them and the problem was fixed in 30 secs. The setdpth 1 or 2? is not by column as first I thought. It is set by selection button #. Once you understand what your "sales to space" setting # is it takes 10 seconds to set the correct depth. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It took me a week to get one vending the right product it was shipped with bad programming, Know I feel comfortable with the,.
