I was looking for a good price on tires. I stopped by a tire shop and asked prices. I saw a broken, empty, mechanical soda and snack machine. I asked the owner about it. He told me it had been broken for weeks and the lady never filled the snack section.

Long story short, Monday Coke delivered a 3rd party machine for me. The owner is calling the lady to pick up her machines and I will be delivering a snack machine.

Just by keeping my eyes open I have a new no commission location!

Excellent work.  Not only are you creating business for yourself, you are benefiting the customers by giving them better service, and removing a vendor that just gives us all a bad name.

Right now there is a full line route I am thinking about, but I am having serious doubts about getting into full line.  Not to mention the fact that I might need a loan, as the person seems to not to want to finance it, (but seems motivated to sell, so that could change.)

That's the opportunity I am looking at right now.
