That is the major problem with Biz-Op machines - parts are hard to find or are very expensive. Sometimes you can find them on eBay. Used to be a site called econovend.com that sold SSF parts, but not sure if they are still around. It may be better (and cheaper) to simply buy an entire machine and use it for parts.
