If $300 makes you $2000 then would you still consider it to be pricey?

On another note, in my state it's $1,000 per month. Perhaps there is a list broker that has a similar list for less if it's out of your range.

You may have a local "Business Journal" for your area, look up Business Journal on line and see what they have for your area. They will have a lot of information about the local business community and any new and expanding business to the area.

. Check your local papers daily in the business section. They usually always "announce" any new business coming to a certain area.

The local chamber usually has ribbon cutting cerimonies for new and expanding business locations. My local chamber anounces these on their facebook page.
