Brand "pecking order"?

New to the field and looking at buying a used machine. Is there a drink machine pecking order like a mazda to the bmw when it comes to vending machines? Do some have a longer shelf life (like a honda) than others?

Seeing that you are from TX I would go with Vendo 1st, Dixie 2nd and Royal 3rd.

In my opinion the Vendo is the best stack  machine out there and as a bonus they are located in TX so they should be plentiful down there.

I don't really know much about full line vending, but I was buying a soda out of a Vendo machine a couple weeks ago, and the thing was built like Fort Knox... really impressive.  It had what felt like a massive plate of steel covering the entire front of it.  Real good looking machine too.

Any idea what particular model of Vendo I saw?  It seemed extremely huge, too.

For me all three are good, for cans my first choice would be DN, for bottle stacker Royal and Vendo for glassfront.

Crane has what I would consider to be the Bentley of vending machines.  I love vendo's and DN too though.
