shermcovending Posted November 20, 2010 Share Posted November 20, 2010 Just went to service one of my machines and was told that one flavor is dispencsing 2 drinks (1 at a time) and then displaying "sold out" every time after that. The column has about 20 drinks in it. I already checked to make sure the depth setting was correct, and it was. I tried it my self and sure enough 2 drinks, sold out, i open the door to reset, 2 drinks, and sold out... It is a Royal machine. What else could be the problem? Thanks for the input! Technivend Posted November 20, 2010 Share Posted November 20, 2010 Try making the drop sensor more sensitive by 1/2 turn. If that doesn't work try 1 full turn. I wouldn't do more then 2 tuns total.
