My idea was to have a golden "ticket" or something printed off of my computer that gave away a free cola or something. I want to start this up at the same time I rais prices, you know, to quel any complaining. That won't stop the complaining when you raise prices. I don't do a reward program like you are thinking. I do things like having an employee appreciation day where everything in the snack machine has the price lowered to .25 or .50. I also donate a ham or turkey to employee luncheons at Thanksgiving or Christmas at certain locations. A final note, some people put a scratch off lottery ticket on the back of a couple of items as a "reward". Before you do something like this, check that you are not violating the law.
