I know RI has stuff that will work and I found one other on the web but its not that great. Anything you come up with will be great. Billnuts Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 Depends on what level of prizes your looking for i run 4 sports arenas and even have a super sports arena amazingly, I use of all places Big Lots.. they sell $5.00 skull candy Knockoff headphones under $10.00 2 gig mp3 players and some $5 to $10.00 ps3 and xbox games for prizes As far as other prizes rhode island novelty has a few low end items I use some plush for some of the tiers.. i ordered 144 plush stewie from family guy i use that for 2 whole tiers x4 machines available at namcobos.. some of the cheep bling watches work too I also get gift cards from like wal-mart or meijers... i use the ones with no dollar amount on them and usually put $5.00 or a few $10.00 ones.. they dont have a dollar amount written so they use thier imagination... great payouts hope this helps bill Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Billnuts Posted February 7, 2012 Share Posted February 7, 2012 common problems 1 never use red or dark zip ties for hanging prizes Barbercut lite lesson.... they have cutting lazers on ebay for under $200.00 the barbercut lite game came with red strings.. kids buy this and clean out all prizes.. they cleaned out one of 2 xbox 360 and ipods.. same applies to ALL hanging prize games!!! no dark colors! use only clear or white ties or strings lazers cant cut them white or clear reflects the lazer light black or dark colors absorb 2 sometimes prizes will get stuck on rotation to the switch and not drop the machine will error out or let them choose a diffrent prize in settings 3 lightbulb sockets... people think they need to crank the bulb into the sockets they break the gold center pin.. and then the light does not work the sports arenas are aging and the sockets are bakelite plastic so they become brittle from age I have a source for new sockets cheep.. and there not hard to rewire just cut and replace least problem is starting with older units is the ballast and transformer for the two florecent light bulbs they are almost 10 years old... thier tired... replace with new lights, ballast and transformer you can spot a bad or leaking transformer easy the slow blow fuses will pop at random.. other than that not a problem otherwise bill Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
