Just wondering if there is a loose formula for the average monthly spend per employee based on blue collar or white collar location. example: Blue Collar Location: Gross sales / # of employees = Average monthly spend White Collar Location: Gross sales / # of employees = Average monthly spend I know its a pretty simplistic look at potential locations revenue. dogcow Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 blue collar $1/day white collar half that because they dont drink as much soda can vary if the white collar place skews younger (like a tech company or call center) may vary from place to place this a rule of thumb baseline , can vary,especially for type of biz where employees arent the main customers like a hotel/motel.
