Would that fly or get confiscated? yes very unlikely to get confiscated because its a prviate club around here most of those have 8liners run by their juke operator, juke operator might have exclusive contract if they dont have pulltab, internet sweepstakes or 8liners a pusher would probably do very good. I talked to him today and he said he would be interested in me doing the nudgemasters. He wants something in writing that the pusher is legal. I do bulk their and have known the guy for awhile. He said the nudge operator gives him 33% of net. They got $9k last year, which would mean the operator got 18K and their was 31K paid out in gift cards.
