You will be dealing with an independent regional distributor that holds the rights to those products.  They work in the same way as the major distributors do in that they stock store shelves and send truckloads of products to major grocery warehouses.  Most all of the independents also operate full service vending machines because they have to compete with Coke and Pepsi on all fronts.  Your local distributor apparently also allows 3rd party vendors to use their equipment.  You're lucky in that they will allow you to put up to 3 columns of foreign products into their machines, but remember that your other selections will be lesser known brands in your market, though nationally advertised.  They also might not allow actual Coke or Pepsi flavors, per se, in the machines, but you will want to get specifics from them on that subject as well as minimum case counts per machine per month, your responsibilities for repairs, how quickly they can install machines, any lease fees you will pay, etc.  Unless you can sell a lot of their brands in your other machines, you might find it hard to meet their minimum purchase requirements.

My customers tell me the local Dr Pepper bottler is much easier to deal with than Coke or Pepsi. One time he wanted to pay dollar coins from the bottlers 4 tube changer. One call and the bottler delivered the cassette the next day. The problem is at least 50% of your sales are likely to be cola, diet cola and dew, that fact makes it hard to make your min orders.
