Fox Posted December 30, 2014 Share Posted December 30, 2014 I currently have an AP 123B Snack machine I cannot get to DEX. The machine does have a In-One Credit Card Reader installed that is working, but it also cannot get a DEX read. Even plugging into the machine and bypassing the In-One box the read fails. I do get a "DEX IN PROGRESS" message on the display when I first DEX a machine, but never any data. I tried a new dex harness from the main control board, still have the exact same issue. Walta Posted December 30, 2014 Share Posted December 30, 2014 The next thing I would try is updating the software in your vending machine. The first step is to power down your machine. Turn on the machine while watching the display. The version number will be flashed on the display for a few seconds. Write the number down. AZVendor Posted December 31, 2014 Share Posted December 31, 2014 InOne is once again independently owned as Coinco sold it back to the original owner. You'll have to call InOne directly for help. If you had DEX data before then it's an issue with the card reader. Otherwise you'll need a newer EPROM as Walt said. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
