J and T Vending Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 Going to look at two Dixie Narco 276cc on tomorrow that seller states one works and gets cold and the other has leak and Bill validator needs to be replaced. Sell price is $150 for both. What's the best way to clean bottom of inside of machine in pic? For the machine that has leak, should it be leaked tested 1st or should cooling deck be replaced? AZVendor Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 The validator in the machine is an Ardac USA which is a metal boat anchor. Both machines can be fitted with the newer Coinco or Mars validators. I have parts for them if you wish to PM me. The one with the validator has quite a yellowed sign as well. It looks like both need have new buttons and the second a new decal for the front of the coin insert bezel/validator opening. If one is low on freon then you'll need to have a refrig tech come check it out. You can wash the machine out without hurting it and then let it air dry for a few days before using it.
