kdub3821
Why is the waste bucket so full and why can I vend coffee for more than a week without the heaters shutting off
AZVendor
You probably have a leaking water valve on the tank, or the heater is boiling over, or your water probe is loose in the tank lid. If the machine shuts off when the bucket fills that is how it's supposed to work. If you empty the bucket and restart the machine but don't have any water running from any valves (leaking valves) or from the overflow hose (water probe) then you should suspect that the tank is boiling over which is caused by one or both bad thermostats. This won't happen until the tank heats fully and then overheats, causing the water to boil and steam. This excess water will come from the overflow hose to the bucket. kdub3821
Is there a way to turn the thermostat down?
AZVendor
No, the thermostats are preset. They come in different temps depending on the type of machine. Freeze dried machines use the 180 deg. and fresh brewed machines use the 190 deg. thermostat. There is one thermostat for each heater and they have to match.
