avvending Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 I installed a snackshop 6400 at a new location and once it was all full and ready I was testing each selection and fount that half the selection panel buttons would not work. AZVendor Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 Yes, check the keypad harness connections that are just above your validator and just below the coin chute. Don't disconnect both at the same time as you don't want to mix them up or turn either upside down. Pull them apart and push them back together a couple of times to clean any dirty contacts. After that do the same where the intermediate harness plugs onto the logic board. If it still acts up after that then you'll need a new keypad. I have these in stock if you need one.
