tevans62
I need some help in identifying the lock needed to work on my sticker vend machine. The pic below shows the end part that screws onto the end of the lock itself. I believe it's a barrel lock that is needed. I bought a used machine that already had the lock missing, but the end piece was still in the machine itself. It is the type that would be a continuous turn lock. Any help would be appreciated, especially where to purchase one.
PerformaVending
Now that is a weird one. What sort of sticker machine is that? Might be able to help you better from there.
musser
Allstar machines and others used those. they are extensions that screw on the back of a standard cam lock, the set screw is what keeps it from unscrewing. I think maybe brand used them maybe the old Penninsula machines and I have seen them on the cash doors of some spirals
Hillbilly
Cut a piece of 1/4" all thread about an 1" long. Put it in the end and tighten the set screw. A standard 1/4" lock will then fit the sticker machine. I do all mine that way. You may have to shorten or lengthen the all thread to fit exactly right.
